Challenge:   National Gaming Company needed to maintain existing customers in order to meet company goals
     
Solution:   EOS worked with the customer to setup a monthly continuity program that targeted the gaming customer during a key event in their life. The direct mail piece was a digital 4 color postcard with personalization on both sides. The piece was targeted to right audience at the right time with a very compelling offer. Tracking was established through a code39 barcode and scanned after redemption. Redemption rates were often over 40% with the gamer spending on average $200.00.
     
Challenge:   Local funding company needed to develop weekly marketing program to target potential consumers with national penetration at very aggressive price point to meet company budget.
     
Solution:   EOS worked with the customer to understand the goals and opportunity at hand. EOS then recommend a cost effective mailer that increased response rates by 3% and reduced the cost over prior efforts. EOS also established a national trucking distribution program that offered the customer additional postage savings and level loaded the inbound call center.

Solution:   EOS worked with the customer to understand all current student communications. EOS identified additional communications that could be combined into a single mailing. EOS redesigned all the exisiting communications and worked the customer to maximize the production cycles. The net result after the outsourcing expense was a monthly savings $6,000 per month.
