EOS was able to efficiently reprogram and redesign the entire billing
statements printing and mailing process. They also setup an interface
with our host systems, allowing us to maintain the daily data processing
as it has always been done before. EOS performed the entire statement
conversion with no impact on our internal IT staff. Our management
didn't't think it could be done, but EOS did it painlessly!
EOS expertise resulted in improved cash flow, improved customer

Prior to National Universities partnership with Electronic Output Solutions, National University internally processed, printed, and mailed all student billing, class reminders, student messaging, and grade reports. These mission critical documents and monthly procedures burdened NU's internal hardware resources and personnel resulting in missed deadlines, delayed billing, unbudgeted costs, and overtime.
EOS teamed with NU's staff to reprogram and redesign the statements, billing process, and simplify all student notices so quickly (less than 2 weeks!) that no one noticed anything but measurable improvement. It was amazing!
EOS is now processing all student communications, billing, class reminders, grades, messaging, inventory management, IRS tax data and compliance. NU's hard dollar savings are in excess of $60,000 a year, soft dollar savings are estimated at a higher amount. Needless to say, National University is delighted with EOS!
